Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Climbing Position located in Santa Rosa, CA. As a Climbing Position, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently performing tree care operations to maintain and enhance the health and beauty of our client’s trees. You will work as part of a crew to provide high quality tree care services, such as pruning, removal, cabling and bracing, and other related services as needed. As the Climbing Position, you will be the primary person responsible for performing tree climbing and removal services, and as such, you will work closely with our team to ensure that client expectations are consistently exceeded and the highest level of safety is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

2 years min. Experience working as a Climbing Arborist, including proficiency in roping and rigging techniques, tree-climbing and removal, pruning, and bucket truck operation

Valid driver's license, Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred but not required

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and fellow crew members

Willingness to work outside in a variety of weather conditions

Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail, including complete knowledge of all safety equipment and procedures

Certifications such as ISA Certified Arborist, Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA), or related field is preferred but not required.
