Water Damage Restoration Project Manager, Production Supervisor

Position Overview:

ServiceMaster is Seeking a Water Damage and Fire Damage Restoration Project Manager and Production Supervisor to grow with our company.

Qualifications:

Must be able to generate accurate Xactimate estimates for water damage, fire damage, mold remediation projects in a timely fashion including sketch/diagrams.

Perform job inspection scope the mitigation work, contact adjuster for approvals.

Equipment setup, takedown, monitoring and drytrack/MICA software (we can train the right person).

Must be able to travel to jobsite locations (sometimes on an emergency on call basis)

Experience in disaster restoration & insurance industries

Proficient working with computers and computerized equipment, word processing, spread-sheets, and data entry

Great oral and written communication skills, must have valid Driver’s License

Be a self-starter and have the ability to work hard with little additional supervision or direction

IICRC Certification is preferred
