Seeking a Bilingual Project Manager/Foreman!

We are looking for a bilingual project manager/foreman who is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

. Lead and coordinate projects from start to finish.

. Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking team members, clients, and stakeholders.

. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.

. Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks to uphold industry standards and regulations.

. Mentor and supervise onsite crews, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution with professionalism and diplomacy.

Requirements:

. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.

. Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

. Strong leadership abilities

. Knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.

. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

. Must have valid ID, Driver's License and Insurance

. Own vehicle
