Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Identify leads, assess their needs, and guide them through the home-buying process.
Property Showings and Negotiations: Arrange and conduct showings, participate in open houses, and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Client Representation: Serve as the primary showing contact for buyers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the first meeting to closing.
Document Preparation: Create and review contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and other essential documents to finalize the sale.
Market Knowledge: Provide buyers with up-to-date information on the local real estate market, including trends and mortgage options.
CRM and Sales Mastery: Manage client relationships through CRM tools and follow sales scripts for consistent results.
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License
Sales Experience preferred. This could be in the hospitality or food service business.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License: Ability to travel by car to meet clients and conduct property tours.
