Apartment Resident Manager

Seeking a resident manager in the Rockridge area of Oakland for a 30-unit apartment building. Two years of resident management experience required. Yardi/AppFolio experience a plus. Interest in real estate/property management essential. Job consists of renting units, lease documentation, setting up and managing maintenance requests, dealing with resident concerns, minor cleaning of apartments (on move-outs) and common areas, etc. Must live on-site. Average work roughly 12-15 hours per week. No smoking. No pets.

Compensation includes hourly wage beginning at $18.50 plus a significantly discounted 1-bedroom apartment, free parking and utility allowance.
