Legal Secretary

Toschi Collins Doyle & Houvener, a mid-sized premiere law firm in Northern California, is looking for an experienced legal secretary to join our team. This position is ideally in our Pleasanton office, but remote is an option. The ideal candidate with have 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position. They must be ready to hit the ground running and manage a desk of three busy attorneys. Ideally Proficient in:

Calendaring with knowledge of civil timeline deadlines (i.e. discovery, motion dates, depos)

Drafting discovery shells, propounding and responses

Drafting correspondences

Noticing depositions, subpoenas for depositions

Finalizing pleadings, knowledge of filing documents

Using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Apps

This is a full time Monday - Friday position.
