A well-established, licensed, bonded, and insured plumbing company serving Marin County for over 35 years is seeking a Part-Time Plumbing Assistant / Second Man to support our field team. This role is ideal for someone with foundational plumbing experience looking for flexible hours and steady weekly pay.

Position Overview

Rough-in plumbing Re-pipes (copper & PEX) Residential service and repair Water heater installations (tank & tankless) Digging trenches and preparing job sites Tool/material handling and job setup/cleanup Supporting safe, efficient workflow on multi-day projects

Requirements

1–2 years of plumbing experience (apprentice, helper, or similar) Reliable transportation, preferably a truck or van Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces or outdoor conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
