Full-time Experienced Housekeeper

Compensation: $50-$55 per hour commensurate with experience, a healthcare stipend, paid holidays, sick days, and vacation days.

Schedule: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. There is some flexibility on the start and end times.

A dedicated, experienced, positive, and detail-oriented full-time housekeeper is sought to support a 5,200 square foot, multi-level home in San Francisco (Russian Hill). This lovely residence is spacious, well-maintained, and organized, requiring a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have experience working collaboratively with other staff members in a multi-staffed household and be comfortable around young children. Additionally, the family has a hypoallergenic dog, so a dog-friendly attitude is essential. Someone adaptable, a self-starter, and able to follow directions as needed. A calm and positive nature, coupled with excellent teamwork skills is needed.

Professionalism, strong communication skills, and discretion are equally important. A naturally organized and tidy individual will thrive in this environment.

General duties include full charge housekeeping, regular and deep cleaning, dishes, tidying and organization of toys, laundry, household inventory management, trash, compost, and recycling, and event assistance when needed.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of paid, professional private home housekeeping experience that occurred over the age of 18 (not for family or friends) with excellent references

Can make at least a one-year commitment

Covid vaccinated

Legal work authorization in the U.S.

English fluency
