line + prep cook at Roses on Adeline $21/hr + tips approx 40 hrs/week

This is a hybrid role- 3 days working on the hot line 3-10pm, and 2 days prepping 12pm-8pm. Must work weekends.

Roses on Adeline serves "elevated bar food"- burgers, tartare, fried items, seasonal vegetables, pasta, steak

You must have experience working in fast paced service, expediting and cooking meats and pasta.

Ideal candidate is organized, clean, and efficient, works well with others, communicates well, and keeps a level head under pressure.
