Floodwater is an upscale bar & restaurant with an emphasis on a social-forward and sophisticated atmosphere.

We are looking for industry professionals to join our team—current openings for FOH staff, including Hosts and Servers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional. Staff often go home with cash tips nightly.

Ideal candidates will have two years’ experience in their profession, but we are willing to train the right candidate that shows passion in their craft of providing excellent hospitality.

Must have flexible availability to accommodate days, evenings, and weekends,

HOSTS SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Knowledge of computers.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced work environment.

Good judgement skills and adaptive attitude.

PAY SCALE FOR HOST: Hourly Non-Exempt from $16.00-$18.00 DOE, PLUS TIPS.

SERVER SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

Communicate effectively with customers, helping them with their food and beverage selection.

Keen awareness of the guest environment, experience, and needs.

Ability to create a memorable guest connection with our food and beverages.

Liquor, cocktail, craft beer, and wine knowledge.

Professional and enthusiastic attitude.

PAY SCALE FOR SERVER: Hourly Non-Exempt $16.00 PLUS TIPS
