Responsibilities:
Sous Chef: Assist Our Chef, manage kitchen operations, oversee food preparation, and ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
Line Cook: Prepare and execute dishes with precision, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred but not required willing to Train the Right Candidate
Strong knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus, but not required; a willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Has a Can do Attitude and Able to Follow Directions from upper management
