PRESS, recipient of one Michelin star and Wine Spectator's Grand Award since 2022, is looking to grow our management team with the addition of an Assistant General Manager.Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years FOH management experience in a fine-dining restaurant orRelais&Chteauxproperty in a Food & Beverage management position.AGM responsibilities will include, but not limited to, exuding a sense of warm hospitality to all our guests, overseeing the Tock reservation book, financial competency, being mindful of labor costs, staff scheduling, assistance with ordering CGS, staff training, constant communication with Chefs, holding the team accountable to perform at a Michelin star level of service, and occasionally assisting with wine service.Under the leadership of Chef Philip Tessier, the PRESS culinary team draws inspiration from around the globe while staying rooted in the style and ingredients that make the Napa Valley so special.Join this talented team and be a part of establishing PRESS and future restaurant projects as leaders in the hospitality industry!
