El Cabron Kitchen and Cantina is an upscale Mexican Restaurant and Lounge. Located in the heart of Downtown San Jose, Ca.

We are hiring Manager/ Assistant Manager,

Front of the house Manager / Assistant Floor Manager : 4-5 year experience in restaurant operations and assist in managing restaurants.

. Knowledge in management experience

. Overseeing the daily functions from the front of the house.

. Good with computer and Microsoft Office skills

. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

 Proper knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

 Able to work in fast paced environment.

 ServSafe Food Handler Certificate.

 Able to create strong relationships with other workers, good customer skill, friendly and have a positive attitude.

English and Spanish speaker preferably
