Cafe Team Member, Food Prep and Closer

Fueling Station, an independent SF native minority owned neighborhood cafe that offers coffee, teas, and cafe food (sandwiches, pastries and salads) with our own touches. We also love building community with our customers!

We are looking for a closer 2-3 days a week Must be available on Saturdays. More hours will be available in June.

While we are looking for someone with food prep experience we are also happy to train the right person!

We are looking for a person who is punctual, friendly, responsible, flexible, customer service-oriented, and can work at a steady pace (hungry customers don't like to wait.) Must be comfortable handling knives and hot food items. You should have the ability to be on your feet, lift up to 40 pounds (bags of sugar, crates of milk, and cases of soda for example), and the ability multi-task is also a must.

We are a small business so must work well as a team member, but also independently such a closing duties and light food prep after closing.

We start at $20 for initial 40 hours of training + post training BONUS, then will increase to $21 an hour. Free meals, discounts, tips, bonuses, and accrued sick days.
