HIRING - Full-time Nanny and Family Assistant Needed

Job Number: 10350Location: Pacific Heights, San Francisco

Schedule: Tuesdays through Saturdays, 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm = 40 hours per week

Children: 1 and 3 years old

Duties: Childcare, driving children, meal prep and cooking for children, light housekeeping, overnight care, alternating travel with the families other Nanny, light pet care (dog)

Requirements: The ideal candidate is patient, organized, energetic, engaging, proactive and thoughtful. Must have experience caring for multiple children of varying ages, have a strong understanding of child development and milestones, and be comfortable working in a multi staffed home with another full-time Nanny/Family Assistant for part of the day. A driver’s license is required, and the family can provide a car for work use. The candidate must have or be willing to obtain vaccinations, including COVID, annual flu shots, Tdap, and MMR. A love for large, friendly dogs is a big plus. Spanish speaker a plus.

Salary: $40-$45 per hour; plus guaranteed paid 52 weeks of the year, seven paid holidays, two weeks paid vacation, a minimum of five paid sick days and a medical insurance stipend

Requirements: Recent, long-term, professional (paid) experience with children, ideally as a Nanny in a private home with excellent references. Long-term teaching experience with children and recent & substantial work doing in-home childcare for a family may also qualify.
