Converge is investing in its BankingSuite product line to compete in the exciting FinTech ecosystem, which will focus on delivering a world-class customer experience for consumer and small businesses of smaller banks and non-banks. Hands-on technical design and build of our Flutter applications for iOS, Android and Web
Create innovative and industry-leading applications for existing or new financial service offerings, collaborating with team members to define the technical design and POC new concepts
Drive the creation of experiences that calls the industry to recognize BankingSuite as a leader in fintech and as the "go-to" platform for digital banking transformation
Lead and mentor the global BankingSuite UI team
Create high-quality and error-free apps with technical consistency
Produce coherent technical design deliverables that solve BankingSuite's most challenging application architecture problems, such as and flexibility and accuracy in supporting multiple tenants on a complex fin-tech platform
Adhere to software quality and efficiency measurement standards
Take designs and wireframes and produce high quality responsive UI Code
The team
The BankingSuite team is looking to build a FinTech startup team with a passion for innovation and the experience to launch a high-quality digital banking product. You'll work closely with our CPO/CTO, Head of Product, Tech Leads, and UI engineering team to build apps that end users engage with, while improving consumer financial health and/or B2B banking client profitability.QualificationsRequired:
3+ years of experience in development of mobile app and/or web applications in either Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Angular or Xamirin. Flutter experience preferred however training can be provided.
In depth knowledge of web technologies such as HTML/CSS/JS and how to take wireframes to high fidelity UIs
Strong experience in VCS technologies such as Git as well as peer review tools such as Bitbucket
Experience working in Agile teams specifically scrum and comfortable working in distributed teams. Ability to use Jira for work management
Knowledge of integration patterns with Rest APIs including mocking approaches, failure handling and caching strategies
Strong knowledge of testing approaches for mobile
Familiar with CI/CD approaches for the publishing of both web and mobile applications to beta user groups as well as the Android and iOS app stores
Experience in producing secure applications
Preferred:
Existing experience with the Dart programming language or Flutter SDK.
Familiarity with the Fastlane deployment tool
Strong verbal and written communications, adept at explaining complex technical concepts and sharing your knowledge with technical audiences
Interest in all digital consumer interaction models, from web to mobile to push notifications to emerging HCI channels such as Alexa
Passionate about test-driven development, clean code, test automation, and continuous deployment
Passion and experience for identifying and providing feasible solutions for reducing technical debt and can directly execute improvements across the stack
Experience in working with distributed teams
Previous experience in the development of banking experience or financial services applications.

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
