Job Description

As our North AmericanConsulting Lead, you will play an important role within our Professional Services team. You will be the main point of contact for people andcustomers who are integrating to SmartRecruiters for the first time. Your passionate, empathetic, can-do attitude will help to successfully lead onboard, educate and configure our new customer accounts in our NAMER Region.

You Will…

  • Proactively engage and build relationships with customers as a trusted advisor to understand their organization, hiring needs, and challenges as a project sponsor for key customers
  • Lead, manage and develop our NAMER professional services practice
  • Oversee the deliverylifecycle of the functional workstreams on all regional customer engagements
  • Participate in sales activities, including positioning professional services and hiring success methodology in scoping, estimating and proposing a solution.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery of NAMER engagements
  • Contribute to best practices, case studies and white papers
  • Work cross-functionally and collaborate with Sales and CSMleadership for an effective customer journey
  • Collaborate with Professional Services leadership team on overall business strategy including, 30-60-90 day plans, pricing and packaging of services, qtrly. OKRs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science (BSc, MCA), etc.
  • 7-10 years of consulting or similar experience
  • Experience leading, managing, scaling, and coaching people and teams with 3x growth
  • Track record of demonstrating excellent customer satisfaction, building relationships, problem-solving skills, de-escalation and emotional intelligence.
  • Hands-on expertise with SaaS software applications and best practices
  • Deep Business Transformation experience across F1000 customers
  • Develop a vision for the region with quarterly business plans, KPIs and initiatives
  • Ability to work independently and communicate complex issues and creative solutions in an easy to understand manner
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with good judgement and decision making.
  • Ability to conduct oneself with professionalism in all situations, including in high-pressure scenarios

Preferred:

  • Experience leading distributed teams
  • Experience with ATS, HR technologies, as well as, SaaS / On-Demand applications
  • Experience in a startup launching a enterprise software product
  • Financial acumen around professional services KPIs (ie. revenue, margin, utilization)
