Program Leader - Summer 2024

We are currently seeking committed and passionate Program Instructors to lead an active project club for our Sunset Beacon Summer Program. Program Instructors must be able to work with up to 20 youths during camp hours Monday through Friday. Have a commitment to and strong belief in BACR’s Mission, Organizational Values and Best Practices. Have an ability to maintain goals and priorities when dealing with varying challenges. Are flexible in working with people and groups of differing viewpoints. Possess a strong dedication to youth development. Have a sense of creativity and enthusiasm.
