Description We are on the search for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, managing all incoming calls and ensuring all client-related documents are properly filed and maintained. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities Provide a warm welcome to all clients upon arrival Efficiently handle incoming calls, including routing, taking messages, and answering inquiries Manage both electronic and paper-based filing systems to ensure all client documents are properly stored and easily accessible Ensure compliance with all regulatory filings related to client documentation Perform quality assurance checks on filed documents to maintain accuracy Provide administrative assistance to the team as needed Contribute to maintaining a supportive housing environment for all clients.
