RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Product Manager in San Fracisco, CA.

Summary:Our client, a global provider of products and services, is seeking a Relationship Marketer/Product Manager to expand one of their product line's monetization strategy by creating thoughtful experimentation plan and global campaigns utilizing in-product marketing surfaces across web, mobile and Windows with some email. This role is highly collaborative, reporting to Customer Journeys Director and partnering with key folks in Product Marketing, Engineering, Data Science and Go-To-Market teams. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Lead RM on Free to Paid Customer Journey strategy and expanding the experimentation plan in partnership with PMM and GTM marketing on the prioritized goals Track OKRs on business impact and experiment velocity and work with analyst and data science teams to understand results Review, manage ongoing business performance; creating MBR slides and reporting on business impact to targets Run a RoB and solidify agenda amongst partners to exchange ideas and discuss campaigns plans and outcomes Brainstorm campaign ideas which utilize in-product marketing and/or email surfaces to drive KPIs and work with Designer and Ops to execute Developing a robust learning plan, experiments, and sets of campaigns to grow impact Partner with Business Program Manager (BPM) on campaign operations and prioritization, including targeting requirements needed for campaign backlog Coordinating approval process for each of the campaigns across Legal, Privacy and Governance Review each campaign for completeness, adherence to objectives, and projected impact Partnering with data science to measure impact, leverage machine learning, and inform the next set of campaigns and experiments

REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of relationship marketing or product marketing or product management Adept at running A/B experiments and analyzing impact on the business in partnership with Analyst and Data Science teams Bias for action and passion for working in a growth hacking environment with rapid iteration to define, execute, and learn to improve Able to partner with Engineering on recommending and enabling new data and platform features Has a customer centric approach to drive decisions and strategy and can work with research on learning and action plan on deriving further insights about the customer to inform experimentation Strong presenter and able to synthesize the complex into simple Exceptional communication and cross team collaboration with ability to connect and inspire cross group teams (marketing, engineering, data science) into action Comfort in working with ambiguity to define new approaches in high-growth evolving area and work to create clarity Has a keen sense of customer messaging and aligning work to brand values Has an eye for customer experience and design and comfortable in giving input on copy and design Has used backlog management system like Azure Dev Ops (formerly known as Visio), JIRA or similar programs to organize experiments
