We are seeking a Sales and Design Manager to lead our design team and drive innovative solutions for our clients.

Position Overview:

As the Sales and Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our design process and sales strategy, working closely with clients and our talented team of design consultants. You will be responsible for overseeing project designs, managing sales activities, mentoring team members, and ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior design consultants.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.

Oversee the preparation of project proposals, designs, and presentations, ensuring they align with client expectations and company standards.

Manage the design process from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, including generating leads and closing sales.

Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies accordingly to enhance profitability.

Coordinate with production managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to our projects.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to upper management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential design and sales, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Proven leadership and management experience in overseeing design teams and sales operations.

Strong background in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of construction processes and project management tools (e.g., BuilderTrend).

Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
