Hybrid Sales & Labor Position - Strong People Skills Needed!

We’re seeking a motivated and skilled sales professional with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals to join our team in a hybrid position. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn a percentage of each job you bring in, with the potential for additional earnings by performing estimates or labor as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

A highly motivated individual with proficiency in sales and exceptional people skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in the field of pressure washing and solar panel cleaning as well as not being afraid of heights.

An individual who excels in customer-facing roles, builds rapport quickly, and is motivated by achieving sales goals using proven scripts and guided support.

Ability to perform job estimates and labor (pressure washing, solar panel cleaning) as needed for an extra percentage of each job.

Key Responsibilities:

A reliable and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.

Generate new business by leveraging sales proficiency, referrals, and door-knocking techniques, while incorporating a deeper understanding of body language and a fresh framework for approaching the door-knocking process

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Conduct site visits to provide accurate estimates for pressure washing and solar panel cleaning and more.

Learn to perform pressure washing, roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning tasks to assist on-site when necessary.

Earn a percentage of every job you close, with additional incentives for performing the labor on jobs.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, ideally in a home service industry or any sales experience and confidence.

Real proven people skills and good sales experience, ideally in a home service industry or any sales experience with the confidence to sell more.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be comfortable with being outside and doing projects with precision and execution on all sites as well as accurate estimates and top quality job performance.

Willingness to learn new skills, including performing manual labor for extra income.

A reliable and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
