We are looking for full time office assistants who are punctual, reliable, and have great attention to detail. This is a full time position and you must be open to working weekends, as well as weekdays.

Job Description:

This position, as a entry level office assistant requires the assistant to perform the following functions with minimal supervision.

1. Scanning Documents

2. Typing Forms

3. Answering telephones

4. Communicate with customers regarding their transaction status

5. Filing

6. Document pickup and delivery to customers and the Department of Motor Vehicles.

You must meet all of the following criteria to be considered.

1. Pass pre-employment background check

2. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

3. Typing Speed (35 WPM) with 90 percent accuracy

4. Valid CA Drivers License

5. Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen

The ideal candidate will possess the following office skills

1. Ability to multi-task within a very busy agency.

2. The ability to effectively communicate with customers verbally and in writing

3. Basic understanding of accounting and the ability to count cash

4. The ability to follow written policies and procedures is a must.

5. Bilingual is a plus
