About these Roles:

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated person to join our innovative team. This role will have some cross training but will be primarily front desk coordination with training to become and support our team as a Softwave technician. Don’t worry if you’re new to SoftWave or Chiropractic—we’ll provide all the training you need!

What You’ll Do:

Be the go-to person for patients, from their first call to their successful treatment working alongside our doctors.

Lead the front desk with scheduling and phone calls.

Keep accurate records of treatments and communications.

Help coordinate and support community wellness events.

Become trained in hands-on Softwave therapy.

Be apart of an expanding wellness practice in La Mesa.

Who You Are:

- Organized and great with coordinating patient schedules in person and via the phone)

- A great communicator who is passionate about helping people.

- Ideally have some experience in working with the body (physical therapy, nursing, sports science, massage, yoga, personal training, i.e.) This is not a requirement through.

- Good at multitasking.

- Excited to learn new technologies and treatment methods.
