Responsibilities:
We are seeking an associate attorney to join our personal injury practice. Responsibilities include handling claimant injury cases from intake and investigation through settlement or trial. Common tasks include interacting with clients, monitoring clients’ medical treatment, reviewing and summarizing medical records, drafting settlement demands, maintaining organized case files, negotiating settlements, and coordinating with case managers. The associate will also assist senior attorneys with litigation tasks including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, efficiently handle deadlines, and assist with maintaining a fast-paced and demanding caseload.
Qualifications:
The preferred candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience in personal injury or insurance defense, with a demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of quickly integrating into a fast-paced work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks independently is crucial, and candidates must be comfortable with litigation procedures. Superior MS Office skills are a plus, and proficiency in Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory.

$90,000 - $120,000 DOE
