Autobody Paint Prepper

We are seeking a skilled Autobody Prepper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing vehicles for painting, ensuring that all repairs are smooth and ready for the paint application. This role is crucial for maintaining the high-quality finish of our vehicle repairs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

-Sand, mask, and clean vehicles in preparation for painting.

-Apply primer and finishing coats and conduct wet sanding and buffing as required.

-Ensure surfaces are properly prepared and free of rust, dirt, or other contaminants.

-Assist painters in pre-paint blending needs.

-Safely handle various chemicals and follow all safety procedures.

-Coordinate with other team members to meet production deadlines.

-Maintain a clean and organized work area
