House prepper, general handyman, assist super (san diego)

This candidate will have experience in knocking out a punch list which can be a little drywall, paint, baseboard install and other misc duties to get a new house in tip top shape just prior to the homeowner walk. Also preferably they will have the ability to work with homeowners after the close of escrow.
