HIRING ALL POSITIONS
BOH: Line & Pantry Cook, Dishwasher
FOH: Bartenders, Servers, Support, Host
Dishwasher: Janitorial and supportive kitchen tasks, washing dishes and appliances, emptying trash receptacles, scrubbing floors, sorting linens, restocking items, and performing other tasks to ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and prepared for guests.
Line, Pantry, Sushi Cooks
Job Purpose: The Line, pantry, and sushi/sashimi Cook is a key member of the culinary team, responsible for preparing and cooking food for the main restaurant. In this role, you will manage a specific kitchen station, ensuring seamless execution during busy service periods. With patience, empathy, and a supportive attitude, you’ll contribute to a positive kitchen environment, even under pressure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and set up your station for lunch, or dinner service, depending on your shift.
Take full responsibility for the quality and taste of food prepared at your station, ensuring all mise en place meets standards.
Follow dish and menu specifications to meet operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards; report faulty equipment promptly.
Work effectively under pressure during busy services.
Assist in maintaining consistency and quality across all kitchen operations.
Monitor portions and reduce waste to support profit margins.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Sous Chefs.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
A strong desire to learn and grow daily in a culinary setting.
Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as scheduled.
Excellent team player with clear communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain an organized, clean work environment.
Flexible availability, including holidays, weekends, and coverage when required.
Proficient knife skills.
Basic English language skills are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Perform repetitive motions, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as needed.
Remain standing, walking, or seated for extended periods during shifts.
Reach overhead and below the knees during tasks.
Host:
Must be personable, charismatic, and warm, even while under extreme pressure. Experience with OpenTable, Tock, and toast is preferred. Must be available to work weekends.
Bartenders & Servers: 2 years or more fine dining experience. Extensive food, wine, crafted cocktails and spirits knowledge preferred.
Must follow instruction and prioritize various task
Attention to detail and sanitation standards
Must be able to multitask
Must be able to communicate clearly with guest, servers, managers and kitchen
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
