Family Law - Associate Attorney (REMOTE)

Small Boutique Family Law Firm – Looking for a Full-Time Associate Attorney with Family Law experience for a remote position.

Pay Range: (130,000-160,000)

Qualifications: 1) Good Standing with the California State Bar

2) +1 years Family Law experience preferred

As our Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity have your own case docket and will take significant responsibility in litigating your docket while also working on honing your skills through mentorship by our Senior attorneys.

Daily Tasks:

Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, Discovery (Propound/Respond) and other legal documents.

Develop strategies to litigate family related cases from inception to end of litigation in a team environment.

Take responsibility in being part of a litigation team representing clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations.

Develop persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills while being mentored by more senior attorneys.

Your Skills:

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.

Superior analytical and legal research skills.

Excel in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to communicate persuasively both verbally and in writing.

Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.

Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail, with significant background in performing discovery and financial document productions.

Organized and preparation of case files from inception as if the case will be taken to trial.

Ability to appear in person as the Court requires for hearings/trial.

Our Benefits:

Compensation range based on experience: 130,000k – 160,000k.
