Marina Maintenance Position

Full time maintenance position for private marina on the Delta Loop. Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays for special events. 20-acre property with 200 boat slips, dock maintenance, landscaping, garden, and chickens. Beautiful place to work, friendly people, fun team to be a part of. Every day is an adventure, working in the beautiful Delta.

Essential Duties:

Making sure the property is safe, neat, and presentable to our clients

Adhering to all safety rules and procedures

Restroom Care

Proficiency with basic hand/power tools

Proficiency with riding lawn mower/weed eater

Must be able to work outdoors in all variations of weather and temperatures

Heavy lifting (50lbs. +/-), walk up to a mile, with standing, crouching, twisting upper body

Know how to swim, outboard motorboat experience a plus

Exposure to dust, fuels, chemicals, and machinery

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and as a team player

Self-motivated

Valid California Driver's License and clean DMV report

Ability to use email and cell phone

Responsible and reliable

Flexible with projects and time

Additional Requirements/Requests:

Must have reliable transportation to the job

Boat/Boating knowledge plus

Knowledge of Marina's a plus

Pay:

$20-$25/hr with excellent benefits package

10 paid Holidays a year
