Maintenance Technician - Training Provided

California Sun is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician.

Service Technicians maintain our facilities and equipment at 20+ locations. A company vehicle is provided therefore, a clean driving record is necessary. Must be in good physical condition (as we infrequently move equipment from one location to another). While we are looking for some experience - Ambition, Attitude and Aptitude are more important to us as a team.

On the job training provided

Responsibilities include, facility maintenance and equipment repair. Extensive on the job training is provided however, knowledge of basic electrical (how to change a light switch), mechanical or construction background is helpful.

We are interested in your potential and the ability to learn more than the knowledge you may currently possess. We are highly interested in applicants that enjoy and are challenged by "problem solving/trouble shooting".

Qualifications:

- Strong desire to grow and attention to detail

- Experience in maintenance, construction or related field helpful

- Electrical or mechanical basic knowledge preferred (though not necessary)

- Computer literacy

- Read, write and understand the English language

- Sense of urgency and self-motivation; (ability to work independently)

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Excellent communication skills

- Clean DMV record Required (Validated by HR before job offer)
