The Independent Restaurant and Bar in Placerville (www.IndependentPlacerville.com) is looking for energetic Line Cooks/Prep Cooks to join our team! The Successful Candidate must be punctual, a team player and focused on quality food preparation and presentation for busy lunch and/or dinner shifts. Good knife and food preparation skills and knowledge of kitchen sanitation are required. For Cook positions, a minimum 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen is required and knowledge/proficiency on Sauté, Pantry, and Grill is important. These are positions that can lead to greater leadership opportunities in the organization. Compensation DOE.
