On Call Cook/Chef

Hello Fourk Kitchen is looking for a on-call Chef or Cook that can be able to cover an evening shift when needed. Fourk is a unique 4-course menu pre fixe menu concept with one seating per night of about 25 guests. Our menu changes monthly. You must be outgoing and ego-free! We have a fun small, four-member team that executes an engaging experience four nights a week. Our days of operation are Wed to Sat and a normal shift is from 230-830 pm. This is a perfect job for someone who has a day job or a breakfast chef who's looking for more hours. We will even consider great home cooks who know how to follow a recipe. Our menus are easy to execute. The pay is $35hr. o Ensure recipes are followed along with corresponding prep sheets & Inventory Sheets

o Ensure cleanliness and safe kitchen environment

o When needed conduct grocery shopping for needed items
