Catering Staff (seasonal)

Qualifications:

Must be available on weekends.

Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the Catering Director

Must have own transportation.

Heavy lifting and walking

Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items

Helps staff set up rooms to desired specifications

Serves food and beverages to guests

Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils

Performs other duties as assigned

Working knowledge of sanitation and have or willing to obtain a food handler certification.

Keeping excellent personal hygiene, with appropriate uniform, non-slip shoes, no jewelry except plain wedding bands

Uniform includes: Black Pants, Black Long Sleeved Button-up Shirt, Black socks, and Black non-slip shoes.

This position includes driving to destinations which include El Dorado County, Placer County, Yolo County, Amador County. Gas Reimbursement.

This is a seasonal position now until November then in 2025 May through November.
