Seeking prep cook/Dishwasher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in our kitchen. The Prep Cook will perform routine kitchen tasks such as measuring ingredients, preparing basic components of dishes, and assisting with food preparation.

Duties:

- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other meal prep tasks.

- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.

- Assist the Chef in preparing meals following our recipes.

- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized.

- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages.

Skills:

- Proficient in using knives and other kitchen equipment.

- Knowledge of food safety principles.

- Experience in the food industry or culinary field.

- Ability to handle food safely and hygienically.

- Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Current ServeSafe required (must obtain within 30 day of hire)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
