DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves working independently and collaboratively with a team of construction managers to support and manage various utility construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to learn new systems and programs quickly.Key Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration: Partner with construction managers to oversee and drive the success of diverse construction projects

Data Analysis: Perform data pulls and dive deep into project data to uncover valuable insights and provide timely updates

Project Tracking: Keep a close eye on the progress of hundreds of construction projects, utilizing Excel, Power BI, and SAP to ensure everything stays on track

Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely reports on project status and key metrics, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned

Process Improvement: Identify and implement innovative process improvements to boost project efficiency and effectiveness, making a real impact on our operations

This is a hybrid remote & on-site role that will require in-person work at our client’s offices in Rocklin and Dublin, CARequirements:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data

Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI and SAP

Ability to learn new systems and programs quickly

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This position pays between $76,000 and $91,000 annually and is an exempt position.

Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.

Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.

May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
