Insulation Installation - Crew Leader

Join a multi state expanding business. We need a crew leader, responsible and accountable, who understands quality work and can manage to high standards of quality control. This individual will be responsible for single job project management, including on site communication with customers, coordination with management, and project management flexibility to overcome challenges/obstacles that may occur with critical thinking. Primarily residential retro, with some commercial work.

Requirements:

- 4 years experience journeyman and/or crew lead.

- Familiarity with:

- Blown in insulation

- Batt insulation (walls, ceiling, attic floors)

- Spray foam (Closed cell)

- Drill and fill application (walls)

- Crawlspace work (vapor barrier, ceiling batt installation, wall rolled fiberglass or vinyl faced, ramset fastening

Additional Requirements:

- Valid current drivers license

- Clean, insurable driving record

- US Citizen or migrant work permit

- Reliable transportation to either central work location or job site

- References

- Bilingual English and Spanish
