Remodeling Contractor Looking For Foreman and Crew Members

Orange County- General Contractor looking for experienced construction and remodeling workers.

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILL:

Must have experience/knowledge/skill in carpentry, electrical, tile, drywall, plumbing, painting, and rough to finish work.

Must have the skill/knowledge to work a variety of hand and power tools. Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely as instructed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently.

Have the ability to be a team player.

Ability to communicate well and complete daily activities

Ability to understand, follow and take direction, verbally and written.

Must have a flexible schedule.

Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

Must be professional, construction driven, high integrity, motivated to learn.

Must have the willingness/ability to perform labor intensive construction work.

Must have dependable transportation, preferably a truck. Basic tools, and work boots.
