NOTE: This position is for a long-term and full-time position. We are seeking recent college graduates to fill this position or someone just entering the work force. ONE YEAR OF MORTGAGE/REAL ESTATE RELATED PROCESSING OR TRANSACTION COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. All candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week. All candidates must be able to work in the office, 5 days a week. All candidates must be able to commute to work without any issues. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Company and Job Description

24/7 Mortgage Corporation is a growing mortgage broker that is looking to hire a new Junior Loan Processor (Jr. LP) to join our team. The Jr. LP will support the Senior Loan Processor (Sr. LP) in all loan processing tasks. The Jr. LP can expect to work closely with loan officers of our team, and individuals from third party entities such as escrow officers, title coordinators, mortgage underwriters, and lender account executives. The Jr. LP’s daily tasks will include but are not limited to creating invoices, opening escrows, organizing loan documents, updating the loan notes, submitting loan files, running AUS, preparing the initial loan disclosures, ordering HELOC and Solar subordinations, and data entry.

Requirements

1. ONE YEAR OF MORTGAGE/REAL ESTATE RELATED PROCESSING OR TRANSACTION COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE

2. Must be proficient in the following programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email, Adobe Acrobat/PDF Editor

3. Must possess great communication skills via email and verbally/on the phone

4. Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment

5. Ability to multi-task with different projects

6. Ability to learn new systems and adapt quickly

7. College/university graduate preferred

8. Bilingual is valued

Pay and Compensation

1. Hourly pay starting at $20-$22 (depending on experience)

2. Required 90-day probationary period
