Mortgage Loan Processor and Jr Loan Processor

We are a Contract Processing Company with 39 loan officers sending in loans thru broker and correspondent channels. We offer competitive pay with in a relaxed and supportive environment – no dress code and no corporate stuffiness here! Remote is okay.

Requirements:

- Experienced Processors or Jr Processors only

- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

- Organizational skills (maintaining files, followups, etc.)

- Able to handle multiple files, all files touched daily

- Moving files from Approved to CTC (we have a setup & funding departments handling the rest)

- Excellent communication skills and PR abilities

- Problem solving / Self sufficiency

Extra skills are a plus:

- MS Office product expertise

- Point/Calyx expertise

- Broker Lender familiarity (UWM, Quicken, Homebridge, REMN, etc.)

Compensation is based on experience.
