Customer Service -Social Media Marketing Assistant Part Time

Looking for a qualified individual to work for a mid-size e-commerce business in the sports and outdoors category. Since this is a small business, this role requires the ability to multi-task and perform multiple functions. This is a great position to start on the ground floor of a fast growing business. Duties include but not limited to:

-Customer service: Responding to customer inquiries, handling returns and answering questions

- Marketing: Assisting with product imagery and ad copy on Shopify, Amazon and E-bay

- Reach-out to and work with influencers and creators on Tiktok, IG and Youtube.

- Assisting to create marketing materials with Canva or photoshop

- Assisting manager with tracking and monitoring import and export shipments
