Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney

Famiglietti & Volpe, a well-established and growing firm specializing in the defense of Workers ‘Compensation since 2006, is looking for a highly motivated with 1-2 year experienced attorney to join our legal team. Experience preferred, but open to train the right candidate with minimal to no experience, with a desire to learn in this growing area of law. We offer one on one training for new attorneys.

The Associate Attorney will manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. Our attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a successful defense firm with hands on learning experience.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in workers' compensation law or a related field preferred, but recent law school graduates with a strong interest in workers' compensation are encouraged to apply.
