Workers’ Compensation Applicants’ Attorney

Whiting, Cotter & Hurlimann, LLP is a workers’ compensation law firm that represents injured firefighters and peace officers. We are looking for an attorney with 1+ year of workers’ compensation experience (defense representation experience is welcomed). The ideal candidate is someone with excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong attention to detail that wants to make an impact on the lives of our injured safety officers.

Qualifications:

-Licensed by California State Bar and be in good standing

-1 year of experience in workers’ compensation

-Strong writing and verbal communication skills

-Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask

-In office position with travel to WCAB venues as necessary
