Property Management Handyman / Maintenance & Remodeling

We have several positions available for maintenance workers for our property management company. The apartment buildings are in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. You will travel to multiple buildings.

You must have AT LEAST 5 years experience in apartment maintenance, remodeling, plumbing or painting.

Compensation is based on level of experiance with plumbing, electrical and apartment maintenance: from $22.00 to $29.00 and hour
