Commercial Property Management Handyman

Commercial Property Management company is seeking an experienced Handyman / Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Full time Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the facilities and properties per company standards

Respond and complete work orders in a timely manner.

Follow best practices and industry standards for all work and repairs, in compliance with OSHA programs and policies.

Participate in the on-call rotation with the rest of the maintenance team.

Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Customer service and goals orientated

Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to handle physical workload

Must have a DL and a set of hand tools

Ability to drive to different properties on the Westside of Los Angeles

Mechanical Technician, Service Technician, HVAC Tech, Maintenance Engineer
