Chatsworth non-profit organization is seeking an IT Application Support Technician to provide expertise, technical assistance, and administrative support to business applications utilized by relevant program division and departments.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Hybrid Remote – Working 3 days/week in office

Starting at $33.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Provide application support through help desk calls and tickets relating to application account management and troubleshooting internal and external application issues, while meeting service level agreements.

Compile and submit ongoing monthly contractual reports.

Ensure data integrity, maintain user security, provide reporting and analysis of business application data and information.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Associate’s Degree

3+ years of application support experience

Prior experience with user/security account administration and application configuration

Proficient in Excel and MS Suite
