Business Analyst - Hybrid Remote

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to drive growth and efficiency. The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing business cases, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing process improvements.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Hybrid Remote – Working in office 3 days/week

Starting at $38.00/hour

Responsibilities:

Analyze business needs and develop solutions to drive growth and efficiency

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement

Design and develop business cases, proposals, and reports to support business decisions

Utilize data analysis skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions

Develop and maintain process documentation, including policies and procedures

Ensure that all business solutions align with organizational goals and objectives

Utilize Agile methodologies to manage projects and ensure timely delivery

Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure a seamless transition

Provide training and support to end-users as needed

Troubleshoot and resolve business-related issues

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or equivalent units in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

OR 3+ years’ experience with MS SQL Query

Proficient in MS SQL, SSRS, Excel
