We are expanding our active telemarketing room and looking for a Room Manager and Experienced Telemarketers to join our team.

Room Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily room operations

Motivate and manage team performance

Track leads, production, and conversions

Maintain a positive, high-energy environment

Telemarketer Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls

Follow proven scripts

Set solid appointments / generate qualified leads

Maintain consistent production

Requirements:

Strong communication skills

Reliable, motivated, goal-oriented

Experience in telemarketing or managing a room is a plus
