Are you a confident closer who knows how to set solid appointments?

We’re a fast-growing home improvement company in Sherman Oaks, specializing in roofing, windows, solar, energy-efficient upgrades, and full kitchen and bathroom remodels. We’re looking for motivated, results-driven telemarketers to join our team and book qualified appointments for our sales reps.

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to homeowners from provided leads

Qualify prospects and schedule quality appointments

Follow proven scripts and handle objections effectively

Track your performance and hit daily/weekly goals

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of outbound B2C telemarketing experience

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Consistent, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude

Positive energy and enthusiasm

Background in home improvement sales required

Proven ability to set or close 12+ appointments per week

What We Offer:

$18-$21/hr base + uncapped commissions
