Successful Architectural & Engineering Design Consulting Firm is looking for highly motivated outside sales professionals to help grow our presence in Southern California and the surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Highly motivated and able to clearly articulate our services.
Present and explain our services to potential clients, highlighting the unique value and benefits we offer
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural, engineering, and construction sectors.
Comfortable speaking to small & medium sized groups or teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and owners including developers, property managers, and contractors.
Able to demonstrate successful cold calling & emailing
Able to strategize new marketing campaigns
Proficient using the Microsoft Suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Able to understand architectural & engineering concepts and services
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals
Collaborate with the project management and design teams to ensure client needs are met
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your network and promote our services
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the architectural, engineering, or construction industry.
Strong understanding of architectural and engineering services and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation:
Base salary plus competitive commission structure.
Performance-based bonuses.
No cap on commissions. Potential for many repeat long term clients.
